Location: Land at Langshaw Farm, Boghall Road, Carluke
Bellway Homes Ltd propose to hold a 2 nd public exhibition for their development proposals at Langshaw Farm off Boghall Road in Carluke. This will take place between the hours of 2.30pm – 7.30pm on Thursday 15 th May 2025 at the Carluke Leisure Centre, 135 Carnwath Rd, Carluke, ML8 4EA.
The event will allow attendees to view updated plans in response to comments previously provided and provide further feedback to members of the project team for consideration before submission of the planning application to South Lanarkshire Council.

Those interested in making comments on the proposed development may do so at the public exhibition and/or in writing to the same address. Any comments should be received by 30th May 2025.
This notice does not relate to a planning application, Comments should not be made to South Lanarkshire Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority.
If a planning application is subsequently submitted to South Lanarkshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations at that time.
