The following applications have been submitted to the Council. Anyone wishing to make representations about an application should do so within 22 days of the date of this notice via our website www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-buildings-and-land/ where the applications can also be viewed.

Wincanton 25/00748/LBC West Hill House, West Hill, BA9 9BZ Replacement of 2no. concealed structurally defective hardwood first floor bearers with 2no. concealed structural steel first floor bearers. Removal and replacement of defective lath and plaster ground floor ceiling.
