2025/357 - Posterngate Farm, Eastbourne Road, South Godstone. Removal of mixed commercial buildings & associated structures and areas of hardstanding and dwelling known as Flint Barn and redevelopment with eight dwellings, served from existing access to Hart’s Lane; stopping up of two existing accesses to the A22 Eastbourne Road and replacement with new soft landscaping; provision of other new hard and soft landscaping and open space; foul and surface water drainage systems; and other works.

2025/434 - 439-445 Godstone Road, Whyteleafe. Variation of Condition 2 (Plans) of planning permission ref: 2008/423 (demolition of existing buildings & erection of 4/5 storey building comprising 167 flats with basement parking, roof gardens and landscaping).
Revised plans received showing 9 additional flats in lieu of the health centre originally proposed to increase the provision and relocate the proposed landscaping, change car parking arrangements and add several balconies to the building.
