Ref: 17676/APP/2025/1077 2 The Grove, Ickenham Proposal: Erection of a part single, part double storey wrap around extension to rear and side. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ickenham Village Conservation Area.)

Ref: 12851/APP/2025/1103 2 Court Road, Ickenham Proposal: Retrospective Planning Application for the retention of existing retaining wall (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ickenham Village Conservation Area.)

Ref: 76904/APP/2025/1094 14 Poplars Close, Ruislip Proposal: Conversion of exiting bungalow to a one-and-a-half storey house by erection of rear extension, conversion of roof space to habitable use to include raising the ridgeline, Juliette balcony to the rear and 6 no side facing roof lights. (Application for Planning Permission which would, in the opinion of the Council, affect the character or appearance of Ruislip Village Conservation Area.)

Any representations on the applications should be submitted in writing to Planning Services, London Borough of Hillingdon, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1UW, quoting the relevant reference number or online at www.hillingdon.gov.uk or by email to applicationsprocessingteam@hillingdon.gov.uk.

Representations should be made by 28th May 2025 (21 days) for applications within CATEGORY A and CATEGORY B; Written or telephone enquiries may also be made to Planning Services at the above address (Tel: 01895 250230).
