What is planned?

HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

25/0546/HSE/WC: Oak Lodge, 6A Loom Lane, Radlett, WD7 8AD. Conversion of garage to habitable space to create self-contained annexe following front side and rear extensions with alterations to fenestration. Reason: Conservation Area.

25/0555/HSE/AKA: Patchetts Cottage, Hilfield Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8DN. Creation of a horse menage, installation of low timber fences and associated soft landscaping works. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area.

25/05867FUL/LP: 5 Summerhouse Lane, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8DL. Change of use from Charitable Trust accommodation (C2) to a single residential dwelling (C3). Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an EIA, Departure from the Local Plan or affecting a Public Right of Way.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
