The notice(s) allege(s): Without planning permission, the change of use to House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Use Class C4) without the grant of planning permission At 229 Coronation Road Southville Bristol BS3 1RL & 57 Islington Road Bristol BS3 1PZ
