Moor Farm Tillingham Road Southminster – Permanent siting of no. 9 Mobile homes for seasonal agricultural worker accommodation. Ref No: 24/00255/FUL

Tollesbury Football Ground Tollesbury – Change of use from space to house quiet seniors to E(f) day nursery/ pre-school. Ref No: 24/00284/FUL

Major application, Departure from the Local Development Plan & Development which affect a listed building or development within a designated conservation area or which may affect the setting of a listed building

Land at 96-102a High Street Dengie – Variation of conditions 13 (plans), 15 (visibility splay), 18 (biodiversity method statement), 17 (route mitigation plan) and 18 (arboriculture method statement and tree protection plan) on approved planning 20/01323/FULM (Erection of a 1 MW Solar PV Array, comprising of approximately 2384 solar panels with co-located 15 new battery energy storage system (BESS), vehicular access and associated access tracks, landscaping and associated infrastructure including security fencing and CCTV, with minor alterations to the surface materials of the access track.
