NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Application Number: SCC/25/0041/FULL-MAJ

Severn Trent Green Power – application for the erection of 8 modified HVI masts mounted to digesters, 8 HVI masts mounted to digesters, 5 HVI masts mounted to structures & 5 freestanding screw foundation telescopic masts at Roundhill Anaerobic Digestion Facility, Lloyd Way, off A449, Kinver, Stourbridge, DN7 6NZ.

The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated as land lies within the Green Belt.
