NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
KCC/TM/0059/2025 – Proposed development at Allington Integrated Waste Management Facility, Laverstoke Road, Allington, Maidstone, ME16 0LE.
Kent Enviropower Limited is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for a Proposed development of a heat centre including buildings, storage tanks, overhead pipe bridge and underground pipe connection and associated infrastructure.

We accept comments within 22 days from the date of this notice (31 May 2025).Please quote the application reference number (KCC/TM/0059/2025) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the Borough Council website.
