What is planned?

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:

25/0502/FH - FOX COTTAGE, OTTERPOOL LANE, LYMPNE, HYTHE, CT21 4LP - Installation of solar PV and air source heat pump.

25/0579/FH - 1 HILLSIDE, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3DB - Listed Building Consent for new bathroom to first floor with new extractor fan louvre to rear and new tiled roof to rear existing ground floor bathroom

25/0586/FH - N I C INSTRUMENTS LTD, GLADSTONE ROAD, FOLKESTONE, CT19 5NF - Demolition of existing building and erection of 10 no.dwelling-houses with associated landscaping and parking.

25/0606/FH - 8 WHITEHALL, HIGH STREET, BROOKLAND, ROMNEY MARSH, TN29 9QR - Single storey side extension.

25/0714/FH - THE BATTERY, THE BAYLE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1SQ - Single storey rear extension, installation of roof lights, an air source heat pump and photovoltaic panels. Replacement of rear dormer windows with rooflights, installation of external iron handrail within access steps, replace sash windows to front and timber windows to front, side and rear elevations. Relocate, resize and replace windows and doors to 1970s extension. Replacement of pitched roofs to front dormers with lead roofs and other internal and external alterations.

25/0716/FH - THE BATTERY, THE BAYLE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 1SQ - Listed Building Consent for a single storey rear extension, installation of roof lights, an air source heat pump and photovoltaic panels. 25/0772/FH - WOODLAND FARM, WOODLAND ROAD, LYMINGE, FOLKESTONE, CT18 8DW - Retrospective listed building consent for the retention of porch to rear elevation.

Representations can be made in writing either on line on the Council’s website, by email to planning@folkestone-hythe.gov.uk or in writing to the Chief Planning Officer, Folkestone & Hythe District Council, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 2QY.  Please always quote the application reference number.  Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication.  Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.

The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
