20250394 - Nurstead Lodge , Nurstead Church Lane, Meopham, Gravesend, Kent, DA13 9AD - Conversion of existing garage to form annexe ancillary to the main dwelling.
20250385 - Port Of London Authority, London River House, Royal Pier Road, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 2BG - Application for Listed Building Consent for the demolition of an external stairwell, construction of a new single storey roof space, removal and relocation of the radar mast, internal refurbishment, improvements to the exterior facades and new landscaping to provide a level access to London River House and the PCC., The existing link between the PCC and Grade II listed Royal Terrace Pier will be enhanced, and repaving works is proposed in the forecourt area of the listed pier.
20250384 - 3 Berkley Crescent, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 2AD - Application for Listed Building consent for internal alterations including installing stud walls to create en-suite bathrooms with the installation of services, water supplies, drainage and ventilation to the new bathrooms with services
run through floor voids and in above ceilings to the rear wall. Metal external covers, painted black, will be installed to new ventilation openings.
DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING THE CHARACTER OR APPEARANCE OF A CONSERVATION AREA AND DEVELOPMENT OR WORKS AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING
20250381 - Port Of London Authority, London River House, Royal Pier Road, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 2BG - Application for variation of condition 2 attached to planning permission reference number 20221294 for Demolition of an external stairwell, construction of a new single storey roof space, removal and relocation of the radar mast, internal refurbishment, improvements to the exterior facades and new landscaping to provide a level access to London River House and the PCC. The existing link between the PCC and Grade II listed Royal Terrace Pier will be enhanced, and repaving works is proposed in the forecourt area of the listed pier; to allow landscaping changes and amendment to the plans.
