13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: 72 Spencer Road, Grater Manchester, Wigan, Lancashire, WN1 2QP.
Take notice that application is being made by: Mr Kieran Bate
For planning permission to: Erection of two-storey side and rear extensions with a flat-roofed link connecting the main building to the existing garage. Alterations to the garage include extending the front elevation forward and adding a pitched roof together with new windows, doors, and rendering on the first floor of the front of the elevation of the existing house.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
