LAND AT ASHENHURST COMMON, HIGHER BLACKLEY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manchester City Council (the “Council”) intends to dispose of an area of approximately 8.59 hectares at Ashenhurst Common, which is located in the Higher Blackley ward, in order for the Council to meet its biodiversity net gain objectives and to ensure that the land is maintained and accessible for the public to use as recreational space in the future.

The area of land described above is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plans, which may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA, between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to me via the above email address or, alternatively, the postal address below so as to be received no later than 27 May 2025. Please quote reference L/FYM/ EST001/92663.
