The following applications have been received for proposals which may affect a Listed Building and/or a Conservation Area, may be a Major Development and/ or Departure from the Development Plan, and/or affect a public right of way or an Environmental Statement has been submitted. Details may be inspected online at www.runnymede.gov.uk.
Any representations must be done by going through the planning search on the Council website and pressing "make a comment", this needs to be received within 21 days from the publication of this notice; one additional day will be given for each Bank Holiday falling within this period. Representations received are available for public inspection.
RU.25/0433 and RU.25/0475 Kilree Cottage, Abbey Green, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 8RF Full Planning and Listed Building Consent for Single storey rear extension with pitched roof and 3 rooflights. Installation of 3 roof lights into existing ground floor rear roof.
RU.25/0456 and RU.25/0485 Eastley End Cottage, Norlands Lane, Egham, Surrey, TW20 8SS Full Planning and Listed Building Consent for replacement entrance gates and fence.
RU.25/0457 St Johns Beaumont School, Priest Hill, Old Windsor, Egham, Surrey, SL4 2JN Listed building consent for new external door and associated ramp to girls changing room. Internal refurbishment.
RU.25/0482 15 Hummer Road, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9BW Single storey side and rear extensions following demolition of existing extension.
RU.25/0496 Royal Holloway University Of London, Founders Building, Egham Hill, Egham, Surrey, TW20 0EX Variation of Condition 2 (List of approved plans) for revisions to the ramp of Listed Building Consent RU.24/0021 for: Proposed revisions to the Victorian corridor to remove an existing external timber sash window to provide an external door opening for fire safety and protection. Removal of an existing metal ramp and replacement with a new hardwood and steel ramp.
RU.25/0498 Royal Holloway University Of London, Founders Building, Egham Hill, Egham, Surrey, TW20 0EX Variation of Condition 2 (List of approved plans) for revisions to the ramp of Listed Building Consent RU.24/0023: Proposed removal of an existing external door and frame and timber ramp, to be replaced with a new enlarged door opening and a new hardwood and steel ramp for fire safety, accessibility, and protection purposes (Main lecture theatre)
RU.25/0500 Royal Holloway University Of London, Founders Building, Egham Hill, Egham, Surrey, TW20 0EX Variation of Condition 2 (List of approved plans) for revisions to the ramp of Listed Building Consent RU.24/1472 for for hardwood and steel freestanding ramp, landing, steps, balustrade and handrail under the colonnade outside the Principals Suite to improve the accessibility between the Principals Suite and the South Quadrangle.
