Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990 

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts. 

25F/0562 31 - 33 Ivanhoe Road (17) Applicant Mr David Highland-Partington. To replace 3 no. side windows.

25F/1035 Hatton Garden Apartments, 15 Hatton Garden (3) Applicant (Estates & Management Limited). To carry out cladding replacement works on the external facade and balconies.

25F/1072 & 25L/1102 2 Queen Square (1) Applicant Amanda Morley. To change use from office to educational use to second and third floors.

25F/0954 22 Caledonia Street (7) Applicant INM & MC Properties Ltd. To erect two storey rear extension from the first floor and undertake fenestration alterations in connection with the use of the premises as a 12 bed Hotel (Use Class C1), with a commercial unit (Use Class E) at the ground floor.

25F/0911 47 - 55 Parr Street (1) Applicant O'Donovan (Onair 55 Ltd). Retrospective planning application to continue the use of the premises as a car park facility, including no. 23 parking spaces and no. 1 outbuilding, following the demolition of the existing on-site building.

25F/1000 1 Ibbotsons Lane (17) Applicant Davos Property Developments Ltd. Erection of a 3 storey building comprising of 17 no. apartments with rooftop terrace together with associated car parking with single storey canopy, cycle and bin storage facilities, alterations to existing vehicular access including installation of new pedestrian access, communal gardens, hard and soft landscaping and boundary treatments following the demolition of existing buildings.

25F/0882 - Croxteth Lodge, Ullet Road (17) Applicant Jonathan Woodward, Malpas Estates Ltd. To convert Croxteth Lodge to 3 no. dwellings (4 beds) and erect 2 no. two storey buildings providing 4 no. dwellings (1 no. 3 bed and 2 no. 2 bed terrace and 1 no. 3 bed detached), following the demolition of various extensions, outbuildings, external staircases and ramps to Croxteth Lodge, with access from Ullet Road and erect a two and half storey 138 space day nursery building with new vehicular access off Lathbury Lane, 7 no. car parking spaces, cycle stands, boundary treatment, outdoor amenity space and landscaping, including the provision of EV charging points to the proposed dwellings and day nursery and carry out hard and soft landscaping.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 22nd May 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
