HORAM – WD/2025/0851/MRM Proposed development at Land off Horebeech Lane, Horam, TN21 9DF. I give notice that Matthew Homes Ltd, c/o Thrive Architects is applying to Wealden District Council for reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to outline permission WD/2022/1694/MAO (outline planning permission for the erection of up to 46 residential dwellings including 35% affordable housing. All matters are reserved except for access). The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Notice of an application to modify or discharge a planning obligation under section 106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990

WESTHAM – WD/2025/0756/PO Modification of Section 106 agreement dated 14 July 2022 attached to planning permission WD/2020/1391/MAO (outline application for the development of up to 250 dwellings (35% affordable), with associated car parking, together with the introduction of new access point from Pennine Way and creation of a network of roads, footways and cycleways throughout the site; and the provision of 1.6ha of public open space, further children’s play areas, allotments, sustainable urban drainage systems and landscape buffers on the site (matters for approval: access)) to enable changes to align with registered provider requirements of acquiring affordable homes.
