I give notice that Matthew Homes Ltd, c/o Thrive Architects is applying to Wealden District Council for reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to outline permission WD/2022/1694/MAO (outline planning permission for the erection of up to 46 residential dwellings including 35% affordable housing. All matters are reserved except for access). The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
