b) Erection of a single storey extension to rear at 24 The Paddock Molescroft HU17 7HB (Ref: 25/00862/PLF) 

c) Listed Building Consent for the display of two non-illuminated fascia signs and one non-illuminated projection sign, removal of internal partition wall, installation of feature shelf and installation of ceramic tile flooring over floating floor system/adhesive at Northmen Spirit 2-3 Cross Street Beverley HU17 9AX (Ref: 25/0 I 022/PLB) 

d) Erection of single storey extensions to front, side and rear following demolition of attached garage to front (revised scheme of 20/02580/PLF) at 21 Channel Road Sunk Island HU12 0QW (Ref: 25/00873/PLF) 

e) Erection of pavilion with outdoor seating area, installation of a covered cycle shelter, alterations to existing boundary wall and installation of wrought iron entrance gate to existing car park area at The Royal British Legion 6 Low Street North Ferriby HU14 3DD (Ref: 25/00642/PLF) 

f) Display of nine fascia signs and two hanging signs at 4-5 Main Street Roos HU12 0HB (Ref: 25/00433/PAD) 

g) Construction of a new vehicular access and brick piers at West Cottage Westfield Road Eppleworth HU16 5YJ (Ref: 25/00653/PLF) 

h)Variation of Condition 2 (materials) of planning permission 22/00099/PLF (Conversion of existing barn to create three holiday accommodation units, installation of three roof lights, creation of new separate access drive and car park, removal of existing timber structures with corrugated roofs and associated works and infrastructure (Phase I) (AMENDED DESCRIPTION AND PLANS)) - to change aluminium frame doors and windows to timber framed doors and windows at Listed Barn at South Carr Farm Stony Lane Newport (Ref: 25/00935/VAR) 

i) Change of use of former quarry for the storage of caravans at Stoneledge Plant and Transport Limited Victoria Road Beverley HU17 8PJ (Ref: 25/00064/PLF) 

Proposals (b,c,d,e,f) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (a,c,g,h) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposal (i) is a departure from the approved Development Plan of the area. Proposals (f,h) affect a public right of way. Proposal (i) is a major development.
