2. Affects the Setting of Listred Building. Erection of greenhouse. Spilsteads, Northiam Road, Staplecross, Ewhurst RR/2025/509/P
3. Affecting the Setting of Listed Building. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Replacement of existing windows and aluminium conservatory with new vacuum glazed timber windows and a new timber conservatory. Westaway, Rectory Lane, Winchelsea, Icklesham RR/2025/519/P
4. Affecting the Setting of Listed Building. Rebuild of front porch in brick. Extension of garage to front and enlarged side extension in East. Internal rearrangement of ground floor. 56 South Cliff, Highfields Cottage, Bexhill RR/2025/551/P
5. Outline application for proposed residential development to include 27no.dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated parking, landscaping and drainage infrastructure with some matters reserved (except for access and layout) including the demolition of No. 6 Tillingham View. Tillingham View - Land to North & North East, Broad Oak, Brede RR/2025/581/P
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 1 above.
The proposed development in respect of 5 above affects a public right of way.
