Cliff House, Robin Hood’s Bay, variation of condition 2 (material amendment) of planning approval NYM/2024/0259 and condition 2 of Listed Building consent for NYM/2024/0260 to allow creation of opening, installation of window and hot lime mix render to east elevation together with internal alterations comprising changes to internal layout, alterations to fireplace and doors and addition of tongue and groove boarding to staircase balustrading
