Approval of reserved matters pursuant to condition 3 of outline planning permission 07/13/0899/O (as amended under LPA ref. 07/22/0326F) in relation to the mixed use hub to provide a care home, nursery, convenience store, EV charging hub and associated landscaping - High Leigh Garden Village Hickey Court Hoddesdon Schofield Way EN11 8GF - Major Development (Ref: 07/25/0295/RM).
Construction of a part two-storey, part three-storey apartment block containing 10 residential dwellings - Garages at Shaw Close Cheshunt Waltham Cross EN8 0HD - Major Development (Ref: 07/25/0258/F).
