MO/2025/0564, High Bank, Mill Hill Lane, Brockham, Betchworth, Surrey, RH3 7LS, Installation of photo-voltaic panels on roof; raise roof by 200mm; installation of air-source heat pump; glaze-over south balcony; enclose west first-floor balcony; replace single-glazed steel windows with double-glazed equivalents.
