Hampshire County Council has received amendments to the application for planning permission for:
Variation of conditions 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19 and 24 of planning permission ref: 13/00208/CMAS revised restoration (Application No. 24/01218/CMAS)
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Following the submission of the planning application on 22 May 2024 to which EIA applies notice is hereby given that further information has be provided to Hampshire County Council in respect of Ecology and Landscape. The Documents are on the application tab and environmental statement tab and are labelled Reg 25 with the date 17 April 2025.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted and the amendments with the application on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2024/0254 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application. Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from the Agent - RJK Environmental Consulting Limited (please contact rick@rjk-consulting.co.uk) at a charge of £300, or £30 for a CD. The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning website at the address given above. Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online at the Development Management website at the address given above or write to Development Management, Universal Services, Elizabeth II Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 2 June 2025. Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. Anonymous or confidential representations will not be accepted. The details provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation. As part of the statutory process your name, address and comments will be on deposit with other application documents, will be available for public inspection and will also be published on our website.
