Notice is given that the following Direction has been made:-
REMOVAL OF PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS FOR
(a) any building operation consisting of the demolition of a building TO 39 Main Street, Carlton, Leicestershire, CV13 0BZ This is an IMMEDIATE DIRECTION made under Article 4(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015, as amended.
NOTICE is hereby given of the making of the immediate Direction (Schedule 3).
Date of Site Notice: 17 April 2025
The Direction shall remain in force until 17 October 2025 and shall then expire unless it has been confirmed by the Local Planning Authority.
The Direction specifies that development of the descriptions set out below should not be carried out on 39 Main Street, Carlton unless planning permission is granted on application made under Part III of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, as amended:
(a) any building operation consisting of the demolition of a building, being development comprised within Class B of Part 11 of Schedule 2 to the said Order and not being development comprised within any other Class.
A copy of the Direction and a copy of a map defining the building to which it relates can be inspected at the Council Offices during normal office hours for 21 days following the publication of this notice.
Any representations concerning the Direction may be made within 21 days of the date of this site notice, either by email to planning@hinckley-bosworth.gov.uk or by writing to the address below.
