NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Tarmac Trading Limited is applying for planning permission for Variation of Condition 4 of planning permission reference 2019/1891/03 to extend the period for restoration of the land (east of the A426) until the  31st December 2025. This proposal will affect Public Right of Way X27 (application reference 2025/VOCM/0032/LCC) and Variation  of condition 3 of planning permission reference 2015/0295/03 to extend the deadline for restoration of the site (Fields Farm Area)  to 31st May 2026. This proposal will affect Public Right of Way X26 (application reference 2025/VOCM/0033/LCC) and Variation  of Condition 3 of planning permission reference 2018/1457/03 to extend the deadline for restoration of the land (Southern extension area) to the 31st December 2027 (application reference 2025/VOCM/0040/LCC), at Shawell Quarry, Gibbet Lane, Shawell, LE17 6AA. The applications may be inspected at: http://leicestershire.planning-register.co.uk/ Comments, quoting reference (2025/VOCM/0032/LCC and/or 2025/VOCM/0033/LCC and/or 2025/VOCM/0040/LCC) should be received within 22 days either via the County Council’s website, by email to planningcontrol@leics.gov.uk or in writing to Leicestershire County Council (Planning, Historic & Natural Environment) Chief Executive’s Department, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester  LE3 8RA.
