PROPOSAL: Erection of new entrance at ground floor and new covered area at rear.
REASON: Application is in a Conservation Area
APPLICATION NO: 25/00579/HHOLD
LOCATION: 11 Blanford Road Reigate Surrey RH2 7DP
PROPOSAL: Single storey rear extension with internal reconfigurations at ground floor level. Works are to include the introduction of roof mounted solar panels and an Air Source Heat Pump. The proposal also extends the existing rear external patio area.
