What is planned?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
2025/0207/LBC & 2025/0206/FUL
17 Corporation Street: Replacement glazing to shopfront including serving hatch with roller shutter, installation of tiled plinth and re-painting of stonework (Retrospective).
Proposed painted signage and retractable canopy above shop front. (Listed Building Consent).
2025/0217/FUL
Bifrangi Uk, Spa Road: Erection of single storey side extension to existing workshop.
2025/0234/LBC
2 Exchequer Gate: Internal works to address dry rot within rear rooms and stair. (Listed Building Consent).
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
