PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC EXHIBITION

KELLOE MAINS BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM

PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT

Proposal: TBC Partners are proposing a battery energy storage system (BESS) facility on land east of the A6112 and 2 km south east of Duns, Scottish Borders. TBC Partners would like to present the proposed BESS near Duns for public consultation. Information about the proposal will be made available at the exhibition.

You are invited to participate in the public exhibition for Kelloe Mains BESS taking place at the following date and time:

Date: Wednesday 14th May 2025

Time: 13:00 – 19:00

Venue: Duns Volunteer Hall, Langtongate, Duns,

Berwickshire, TD11 3AF

The public exhibition will be in the form of an informal drop-in session, where members of the project team will be on hand to answer any questions which may arise. Any comments on the proposal made at these events are not representation to the Energy Consents Unit (the planning authority). If TBC Partners submits an application, there will be an opportunity to make representation on that application to the planning authority.
