NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION WHICH DOES NOT ACCORD WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN FORCE FOR THE AREA NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 16 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION WITHIN 10 METRES OF RELEVANT RAILWAY LAND

NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT WHICH MAY AFFECT THE CHARACTER OR APPEARANCE OF A CONSERVATION AREA AND THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING

Proposed development at 628, Western Avenue, London W3 0TA
(Planning Reference: 25/0071/VAROPDC).

I give notice that A40 Data Centre B.V. is applying to the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation for planning permission to carry out the following development: 

Section 73 application to vary conditions 1 (approved drawings and documents), 2a (permitted uses), 5 (Use Class restriction), 6 (Use Class restriction), 11 (arboricultural method statement), 16 ( BREEAM assessment), 22 (Delivery and Servicing Plan), 24 (air quality), 25 (noise & vibration), 28 (Hotel Management Plan) and 29 (fire strategy) of planning permission 19/0006/FUMOPDC as amended by 25/0002/NMAOPDC for ‘Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment to provide a mixed use building including flexible industrial uses (Class B2/B8) and a hotel (Class C1), associated car parking, servicing and all necessary enabling works’. Amendments are proposed primarily to reduce the approved floor to ceiling heights within the industrial floorspace, to delete the approved office floorspace, and to incorporate 5 additional floors of hotel accommodation within the approved building envelope.
