WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/00376: Market Rasen: Mr L Hardy: Hill Brow, Mill Rd: reserved matters to erect 4 dwellings. (affects right of way)
b) WL/2025/00381: Tealby: Mr & Mrs Snaith: Thorpe Mill, Thorpe Lane: consent for alterations to garage/outbuilding to create insulated secure storerooms with roof works, steel lintel & rebuild of wall, repointing & replacement windows & garage doors(app WL/2025/00380 also rec’d) (affects right of way)

Representations should be made in writing to the Chief Operating Officer at the Council within 21 days of publication of this notice.
