NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:
L0003.25, The Chapel 13 The Mall Hornchurch, Listed building consent to refurbish and redecorate the cupola, replace dormer window on the front elevation of The Chapel with a new purpose made timber window and painted white to match existing building.

P0186.25, LAND ADJOINING 194-196 HALL LANE, UPMINSTER, ESSEX, Two storey, 4-bed, detached dwelling with associated parking and amenity space.
The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
P0323.25, Opposite No.13-15 South Street Romford, Replacement of existing InLink Unit with BT Street Hub 3 unit
The development is in a Conservation Area
P0332.25, Parkside 65 Main Road Romford, Erection of conservatory to the side elevation and alterations to fenestration.
The development is in a Conservation Area
P0339.25, 6 Meadway Romford, Proposal to replace existing roof tiles and re-build chimney.

P0421.25, Farnham and Hilldene Estate Romford Havering, Hybrid Planning Application for the comprehensive redevelopment of the Site and demolition of existing buildings and structures (excluding the Harold Hill Library) including:
i) Full planning permission for the erection of one building (Block A) comprising residential use, retail/commercial (Use Class E) use, community use, hot food takeaway (sui generis) and public house (sui generis), landscaping, car and cycle parking, highway works including alteration to the existing vehicular access on East Dene Drive Hilldene Avenue, and other associated works.
ii) Outline planning permission with all matters reserved (except for access) for the erection of buildings comprising residential use, retail/commercial space, sui generis and community use, enhancements to the external elevations of Harold Hill Library, open space and landscaping, car and cycle parking, highway works, and other associated works.
This is a major development because the number of dwellings to be provided are 10 or more
P0456.25, White Hart House Hacton Lane Hornchurch, Single storey, 4-bed, detached dwelling with associated parking and amenity space
The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
P0507.25, Palms Hotel Southend Arterial Road Hornchurch, Part retrospective permission for extension to side and front canopies and new porch entrance to side.
The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
