NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT UXBRIDGE GOLF COURSE THE DRIVE UXBRIDGE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act that the London Borough of Hillingdon intends, to dispose of an area of open space being land at Uxbridge Golf Course The Drive Uxbridge UB10 8AQ.
The area which is proposed to be disposed comprises approximately 42.23 hectares (104.35 acres) of land and the property is being leased for the use as a golf course.
A plan showing the area in question is available for inspection at the reception at the Civic Centre, High Street, Uxbridge during normal office hours.
Any objections, giving reasons, regarding the proposed disposal should be made in writing to the Nicola Herbert Director of Environment, Civic Centre, High Street Uxbridge UB8 1UW or by email to nherbert@hillingdon.gov.uk no later than 5pm on 14th May 2025
