What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS (AMENDMENT) (ENGLAND) REGULATIONS 2010

The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 16 May 2025 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

BROUGHTON GIFFORD PL/2025/03312 – The Stables, Orchard Farm, 158B The Street, Continuous use as a separate residential unit since planning was approved in 2015, planning reference 15/03642/FUL. It has been in continued use for more than a four-year period;

KINGSTON DEVERILL PL/2025/03371 – The Old School House, 88, Monkton Deverill, Lime roughcast render;

STEEPLE ASHTON PL/2025/02792 & PL/2025/03668 – Ashton House, 34-36 High Street, infill rear undercroft with matching details;

TROWBRIDGE PL/2025/03243 & PL/2025/03462 – 10 Silver Street, Convert first and part of ground floor to 3 flats (resubmission of 19/10846/FUL & 19/11274/LBC); PL/2025/03628 – 6 The Gateway, Bythesea Road, 2 New store branding signs for building;

WESTBURY PL/2025/03166 – Northacre Resource Recovery Centre, Stephenson Road, Northacre Trading Estate, Vary Condition 1 and delete Condition 4 of Planning Permission 16/08074/WCM (Development of Resource Recovery Facility including Mechanical Biological Treatment etc) to change the design of the biofilter and emission points to reflect a new stack design and height;

WINSLEY PL/2025/03092 & PL/2025/03437 – 43a & 43b Harborne House, Bradford Road, Change use from C2 to C3. Various internal and external alterations to improve the site buildings for residential use/demolish garage/storage building adjacent to the grade II listed boundary wall to improve parking access.
