Hysbysaf fod Richard Mckie yn gwneud cais i Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Blaenau Gwent am ganiatâd cynllunio i adeiladu tŷ ar wahân gyda gwaith allanol cysylltiedig.

Nid yw’r datblygiad arfaethedig yn cydymffurfio gyda darpariaethau’r cynllun datblygu sydd mewn grym yn yr ardal lle mae’r tir y gwneir y cais amdano.

Dylai unrhyw un sy’n dymuno cyflwyno sylwadau am y cais hwn ysgrifennu at y Cyngor yn y cyfeiriad e-bost dilynol:planning@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk neu at y Swyddfeydd Cyffredinol, Heol Gwaith Dur, Glynebwy, NP23 6DN o fewn 21 diwrnod o’r dyddiad ar waelod yr hysbysiad hwn, gan roi cyfeirnod y cais P/2025/0078.

Dylid nodi, er y gellir gadael gohebiaeth a gwybodaeth wrth ddesg y dderbynfa yn y Swyddfeydd Cyffredinol, bod cyfarfod gyda swyddog neu gynrychiolydd o’r Adran Cynllunio yn llwyr drwy apwyntiad yn unig.

Caiff unrhyw sylwadau a wnewch eu hystyried pan benderfynir ar y cais. Os caiff y cais ei adrodd i’r Pwyllgor Cynllunio gall fod cyfle i chi siarad yn y cyfarfod i hysbysu Cynghorwyr am eich barn.

Notice Of Application For Planning Permission

(Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012

Development at: 28 York Avenue, Garden City, Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent, NP23 8US

I give notice that - Richard Mckie is applying to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for planning permission for Retention of change of use of land to incorporate it within residential boundary & retention of a shed.

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the application land is situated.

Anyone who wishes to submit comments about this application should write to the Council at the following email address planning@blaenau-gwent.gov.uk or to General Offices, Steelworks Road, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN within 21 days from the date at the bottom of this notice, quoting the application ref no. P/2025/0078.

Please note that whilst correspondence and information can be deposited at the reception desk at the General Offices, a meeting with an officer or representative from the Planning Department is strictly by appointment only.

Any comments you make will be taken into account when the application is decided. 

Should the application be reported to Planning Committee you may be able to speak at the meeting to make Councillors aware of your views.
