25/00346/FUL – Renovation and formation of new single storey glazed link and change of use from cafe to residential (use class C3) – 35 St John Street, Ashbourne (C)(L)(S)
25/00347/LBALT – Internal alterations and renovation and form new single storey glazed link and change of use from cafe to residential – 35 St John Street, Ashbourne (C)(L)(S)
Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath
Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area
Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building
Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building
Applications with the suffix M is a Major Development
The applications may be inspected on-line at www.derbyshiredales. gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
