NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications
1) Change of use of unit to general industrial (Use Class B2) and associated parking and hardstanding (retrospective application)
at Storefast Estate, Unit 10-11 Park Corner Road Southfleet
(Application Reference: DA/25/00401/FUL)
which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.
2) Listed Building Consent for proposed alterations to Listed Building to reconfigure open plan ceremony room into three smaller spaces (The Lord Irving Suite) at Manor Gatehouse 140 Priory Road Dartford
which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, will affect a
Grade II* Listed Building.Application Ref. DA/25/00415/LBC)
