What is planned?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLEUNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -
Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990
Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building
1.Proposed Ground floor and first floor extension complete with garage conversion and associated works at Park Manor Butterton Road Butterton Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire ST5 4EB by Mr T Bains. File ref: 25/00264/FUL. (Application site is within the Butterton Conservation Area)
2.Conversion of existing duplex apartment into two separate units at 18 - 18A High Street Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire ST5 1RA by Mr Kammron Sykes. File Ref: 24/00172/ FUL & 25/00276/LBC. (Application site is a Grade II Listed building and is within the Town Centre Conservation Area)
3.New rear extension garden room following removal of existing garden room at 2 Court Walk Betley Crewe Staffordshire CW3 9DP by Mr Flynn. File ref 25/00284/FUL (Application site is within the Betley Conservation Area).
During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, or the Customer Services Centre in Kidsgrove Town Hall Liverpool Road Kidsgrove between the hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents. Alternatively the applications may be viewed on line at www.newcastlestaffs.gov.uk
Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-underLyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@ newcastle-staffs.gov. uk Please bear in mind that any communication you send will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties.
