Notice Of Application for Planning Permission which is a Major Development

Proposed development at Land east of junction of Yarnton Way and Picardy Manorway, Belvedere

I give notice that application is being made by c/o the agent to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for: -

Construction of a self-storage facility (Use Class B8) with flexible workspace (Use Class E(g)) alongside access, car parking, landscaping and associated works.

Members of the public can view the application, and submit any observations on the proposal, using the Planning Application Information Online System on the Council’s website using the following link: -

Due to the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1995, the Council will be legally obliged to make any responses to this notice available for public inspection.

Notice Of Application for Planning Permission which is a Major Development

Proposed development at 176 Slade Green Road, Erith, Kent

I give notice that application is being made by UpLift Developments Limited to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission to:

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings) of planning permission Ref: 23/01307/FULM for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of two storey buildings providing 44 residential units and communal garden, parking accessed off Bridge Road, to make the following amendments: removal of basement car park and associated plant with a reduction of storey, and changes to landscaping.
