Proposed Development 

a) Erection of a detached garage to side, construction of pitched roof above existing flat roof to first floor flat and installation of handrail around single storey flat roof for use as roof terrace to first floor flat at Tower Garage Rimswell Road Rimswell HU12 0BU (Ref: 25/00342/PLF) 

b) Erection of a single storey extension to side/rear and porch to front at Bramblefield Bydales Lane Winestead East Riding ofYorkshire HU12 0NW (Ref: 25/00944/PLF) 

c) Change of use of land to side to domestic garden, erection of 2m high timber entrance gates, construction of a 3m high bund and erection of a greenhouse (retrospective) at Harbour Farm Havenside Hedon HU12 8HH (Ref: 25/00454/PLF) 

d) Listed Building Consent for the replacement of roof coverings to dwelling and outbuildings including damaged rafters and brickwork (Part Retrosepctive) at Harbour Farm Havenside Hedon HU12 8HH (Ref: 25/00455/PLB) 

e) Installation of replacement door and UPVC windows with replacement cladding to front window and dormer windows at 23 Eastgate Beverley HU17 0DR (Ref: 25/00985/PLF) 

f) Erection of single storey infill extension to front and side to connect dwelling with detached garage at Old Fold Yard 4 Burton Rise Cherry Burton HU17 7SE (Ref: 25/00967/PLF) 

g) Erection of a custom/self build dwelling with associated works and infrastructure at Land East of 45 Main Street Hotham Y043 4UD (Ref: 25/00679/PLF) 

Proposals (b,c,d,e,f) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (c,d) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposal (a) affects the setting of a Listed Building under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. 

Proposals (c,d) affect a public right of way.
