TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under
The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

*As the above application is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.
R/2025/0241/CA: Repair works to roof and replacement of roof coverings at Tower Court, Glenside, Saltburn
R/2025/0260/CA: New shop front with retractable canopy to side at Brass Monkey Beer Boutique, 29 Westgate, Guisborough
R/2025/0265/CA: New shop front and 2(no) UPVC windows to first floor at 1 Chaloner Street, Guisborough
R/2025/0269/CA: Replacement windows and doors with installation of decorative metalwork; replacement windows to first floor at 2 Fountain Street, Guisborough

R/2025/0271/CA: Change of use from a former butchers shop to micro at 13 Dundas Street East, Saltburn
R/2025/0272/CA: New windows, gutter and repairs to existing timber detailing at 14 Fountain Street, Guisborough

R/2025/0221/FFM: Erection of Electricity Substation; 2no. Industrial Buildings; 11no. Transformers and associated works at land north of Grangetown roundabout off Tees Dock Road Lackenby Teesworks
