Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments:
APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT DEVELOPMENTS WHICH MAY AFFECT A CONSERVATION AREA
P2025/0268 Cleaning of upper level decorative stonework and removal of Buddleia to establish extent of damage to front facade of building, removal of lower level over painting of decorative Masonic emblems, defrassing and repair of stonework and repointing of all open and defective masonry joints with a lime mortar.
