NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION, TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE)(ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 – NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
Thanet District Council as local planning authority has received the following
applications which:
(a) In the opinion of the district planning authority affects the character or
appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building, in
accordance with section 67 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
And/or
(b) Relates to a Listed Building [Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings
and Buildings in Conservation Areas) Regulations 1987].

Proposal: Erection of 1No three storey building to facilitate 1No 1-bed
and 1No 2-bed self-contained flats, together with parking and
entrance terrace

Any observations that you may wish to make should be submitted either
in writing to the Planning Applications Team, Community Services, Thanet
District Council, PO Box 9, Margate, Kent CT9 1XZ or by using the link above
through the Council’s website.
Representations (*) must be received by 23 May 2025
(*) Please note the following points with regard to any representations
received by the Council:
1. Copies of representations are made available for public inspection at the
Council Offices;
2. Copies of representation are available on the Council’s website with
telephone number, email address and signatures removed.
3. In the event of an appeal being lodged copies of representations will be
forwarded to The Planning Inspectorate.
For all householder applications (FH prefix), in the event of an appeal against
a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of
representations in writing, any representations made about this application
will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity
to comment at appeal stage.
