Proposed development at: R/O 74 CASTLE STREET, GRIMSBY DN32 7LG
Take notice that application is being made by Ross Davy Associates on behalf of Mr. Z. Mohammed
For planning permission to demolish existing timber framed building, erect new steel framed building on existing footprint, sub-division of the building to create three induvial units with flexibility on use (class E (a) - (g), including all sub categories) with associated works.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: North East Lincolnshire Planning Department, Council, Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 1H
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
