The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25A/0763 - Plot A06 William Jessop Way (3) Applicant Joe Harkinson. To display no. 1 internally illuminated fascia sign, no. 1 internally illuminated projecting sign, no. 1 nonilluminated projecting sign and vinyl lettering
25DIS/1049- 8 Sunnyside (8) Applicant Mr David Fitzpatrick, Onward Homes. To discharge condition 3 (boiler flue) attached to planning reference 24L/2381.
25F/1046- 51 Arundle Avenue (17) Applicant N Colquhoun, A&I Property Ltd. To reinstate fire damaged building and carry out alterations to include new roof structure, front and rear gables, insertion of new windows and doors, dormer at rear and change of use from dwelling to 7 bed House of Multiple Occupation with associated installation of bike store to rear.
25F/1021 - 73 Bold Street (1) Applicant Pegah Dara. To undertake fenestration alterations including no. 1 rooflight to rear in connection with the use of the ground and first floor as a restaurant (Use Class E(b)) and the upper floors as a no. 5 bed apartment (Use Class C3)
25F/1018- 39 Gresford Avenue (17) Applicant Surina Beddoe. To retain rear dormer extension, roof light to front and the use of the premises as a 7 bed House of Multiple Occupation.
25F/0472 - 14 Croxteth Grove (8). Applicant Stephen John Stampone (Monument Square Limited). To continue to use property as a 8 bed House of Multiple Occupation.
25F/0494 - 1d Park Avenue (18) Applicant Joasia Krysa. Installation of sliding doors, replacement entrance door and additional patio hard surfacing to western front elevation; alterations to boundary wall (amended description of proposal).
25F/0612 & 26L/0626 - 10 Victoria Street (2) Applicant M. Motlagh, JSM Company Group. To carry out internal and external alterations in connection with the conversion of the existing vacant building into 20 serviced apartments, with associated restaurant and bar.
25L/0974 - 15 Castle Street (2) Applicant Marta Sobiecka, ECM Libra (Liverpool) Limited. To carry out alterations to signage on the building.
25F/0930 - Land to rear of Greenbank Drive (17) Applicant Jasper Bartlett Studio Ltd. To sever part of rear garden and erect single storey dwelling, accessed from 9 Greenbank Drive.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 15th May 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
