NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF LAND AT STONEPIT OPEN SPACE,
ROWTREE ROAD, NORTHAMPTON
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980) that West Northamptonshire Council intends pursuant to Section 123 of Local Government Act 1972 to dispose of land described in the Schedule to this Notice to East Hunsbury Parish Council.
2. Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Director of Governance (Ref VM/PAD32937) West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, 4 Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.
3. A plan showing the location of the land it is intended to dispose of may be inspected free of charge at the One Stop Shop, The Guildhall, St Giles Square, Northamptaon from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesdays.
SCHEDULE
Approximately 270 square meters of land known as Stonepit Open Space, Rowtree Road, Northampton, NN4 0RY.
