What is planned?

Borough of Telford & Wrekin

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications
which require publication.

TWC/2025/0269& TWC/2025/0270 – 71 High Street, Newport – Change of
use from Retail (Use Class E) to a Micro-Pub (Use Class Sui Generis) and
minor external alterations and restoration of the exterior of the ground floor
frontage of the building (Part-Retrospective) (Full Planning Application &
Listed Building Application)

TWC/2025/0271 – Site of The Old School, Kynnersley – Outline application
for the erection of 1no. self build dwelling with access and all other matters
reserved

TWC/2025/0276 – 41-41A, Coalport Road, Ironbridge – Erection of an oak
frame outbuilding and garden wall (Part-Retrospective)

TWC/2025/0278 – 40 Church Street, Madeley – Erection of a part single
storey part two storey side and rear extension (Listed Building Application)

TWC/2025/0281 – 10 Union Road, Wrockwardine Wood – Variation of
condition 3 (deposited plans) of TWC/2024/0735 (Erection of detached
building to provide annex/further living accommodation) to allow
amendments to previously approved plans including changes to elevations

Written representations
can be made on planning online or by email at

and need to be received by 15 May 2025
(14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in
principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for
applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of
this publication.

If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a
householder or minor commercial application no further representations
can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
