Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission
Proposed development at Mitcham Gasworks, Western Road, Mitcham, London, CR4 3FL
I give notice that St William Homes LLP has applied to the London Borough of Merton for a minor material amendment to full planning permission ref. 22/P3620 vary conditions 2, 6, 8, 12, 19, 37, 38, 39, 44, 53, 56 and 61. This permission was granted on 25 February 2025 for the following development:
“The erection of new buildings to provide residential accommodation (Class C3) and flexible commercial/ community space (Class E and/or Class F2), with associated access, parking and landscaping arrangements, including the demolition of the existing telecommunications mast and re-provision of new telecommunications mast.”
A copy of the application, including details of the proposed changes and all plans and other documents submitted with it will be published at https://planning.merton.gov.uk/Northgate/PlanningExplorerAA/GeneralSearch.aspx once validated.
Any owner of the land or agricultural tenants who wishes to make representations about this application should write within 21 days of this notice to Development Management, London Borough of Merton, Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, SM4 5DX or email Planning.Representations@merton.gov.uk or via the application webpage above. (“Owner is a person with a freehold interest or leasehold interest with at least 7 years left to run. “Agricultural tenant” has the meaning given in Section 56(8) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
