  • 250837 - LSL Replacement of the existing windows. The Hayloft, Ledicot Farm Barns, Shobdon, 250605 – LSL Replacement windows and door. The Holly, Black Hole Lane, Bartestree, 250788 & 250789 – LSL Refurb and conversion of outbuilding to self-contained unit ancillary to the main house. The Grey House, Nunnington, 251087 – A CSL Change of use from HMO to 4 flats and demolition of extension and proposed extensions. 22 Staton St., Ross-on-Wye, 250779 – RW Siting of mobile office, shepherds hut and shower trailer.   • 250800 & 250801 – LSL & L Replacement conservatory. The Cottage, Longtown.

  • 250818 & 250815 – LSL Replacement of windows, repair of hanging bay window and double glazing to the modern bay windows, 1 Bridge St., Ledbury

  • 250795 – LSL Replacement windows and door, Flat 1, 40 South St., Leominster.

  • 250788 – AC Pitched roof over existing garage roof 10 Nimrod Dr, Hereford.

  • 250818 & 250842 – LPL Mini extension, of the rear with new pitched roof out windows and roof lights. Removal of rear porch and entrance door and relocation to single storey extension with a replacement oak-framed front porch to replace existing window. Removal of non-original door to single storey rear extension. Repairs to original oak frame in the form of replacement soleplate and decayed timber studs with on-site air grading grade oak. Church House, Bullinghope

  • 250873 & 250874 – LSL Works to tile roof. Repoint and replacement rainwater goods. New window, flue, French drain and detached garage with crushed stone driveway. Florence House, Staunton on Wye.

AMENDED/ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • 240648 – PL Proposed residential development of 8 no. dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping. Land South East of Greytree Copse, Ross-on-Wye, 240271 – LSL - Bredenbury, Site B. Outline application for 5 houses for self-build. The site falls within the identified settlement boundary and are allocated for residential development, Site B. Land to the south of Brockington House, Bredenbury.
