2025/1053 COSTESSEY, NEXT, William Frost Way – Erection of a retail unit occupied by TK Maxx with rear service/delivery depot, car parking and hard landscaping, including a pedestrian footpath

2025/0925 & 2025/0926 CRINGLEFORD, 4 Newmarket Road – Fitting inset solar panels to the studio roof
Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area
2025/0799 LANGLEY WITH HARDLEY, Staithe Farm, Langley Street – Installation of 15 solar panels on the south-west facing roof of the main barn to the main property, including installation of 2 batteries and inverter adjacent to the barn, works also include installation of oil tank adjacent to the north wall of the workshop. Oil line to be re-piped to the new boiler position

Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage

All comments must be received within 21 days of this notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk.
