Proposal: Appeal by Peloton Land Limited: Outline planning application for the erection of up to 77 dwellings, including affordable housing (35%), areas of open space (including public park), landscaping, biodiversity net gain and site infrastructure, with all matters reserved apart from access. This application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement

Any person wishing to make representations about the further information should make them in writing not later than 30 days from the date of this advert (by 23 May) to Torbay Council or the Planning Inspector.
