25/00510/PA - THE SPINNEY, London Road, Wrotham Heath, Sevenoaks, TN15 7RS – Ms C Smith is applying for Continued use of Land as a Gypsy/Traveller site comprising the siting of 3 Mobile Homes, a shared Dayroom, & ancillary development. Reason PROW
